Are your products washable?

Yes! All bunting banners are machine washable at 30°C. They’re made to last and be reused year after year.

What are the production and shipping times?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. This may vary depending on personalization and destination. You’ll see an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Customized items cannot be returned (as per French Consumer Law, article L.221-28). Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
